Guilherme Weege is CEO of the Malwee Group, one of the largest fashion companies in Brazil, recognized worldwide for its transparency and strong socio-environmental commitment. Graduated in Business Administration from FAAP, Harvard Alumni and with several specializations in Wharton, Insead and UCI, Guilherme is a serial entrepreneur. In 2005, he founded DESA - one of the largest renewable energy companies in the country - presiding over the company until its merger with CPFL Renováveis, where he served as a board member. At the same time, he became an investor and advisor in several Brazilian companies such as Infracommerce, the largest full service ecommerce company in Brazil, as well as an Advisor to Endeavor Brasil and a member of YPO (Young Presidents' Organization). With a restless and supportive spirit, Guilherme still divides his time as Climate Ambassador for the Brazil Network of the UN Global Compact and dedicates himself to mentoring young Brazilian entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs.
