Taise Beduschi is a Chemical Engineer, with a Master's degree in Sustainability Performance Assessment and an MBA in Marketing. She has 15 years of experience in the sustainability area in the sectors of agribusiness, food, sugar & bioenergy, and, at present, in fashion – industry and retail. In the current Malwee Group, transversally carrying out sustainability projects in all areas, she developed the 2020 Sustainability Plan.

As a member of the board of the Brazilian LCA Network, Taise actively takes part in various forums related to the theme, such as, the Human Rights Working Group of the Global Compact from the UN, the ISO Circular Economy discussion group with ABNT and ISO, and the ABVTEX, the Brazilian Textile Retail Association. She participated in national and international congresses with emphasis on COP25, Sustainable Brands, ABIT International Congress, Febratex Summit, and Fashion Revolution Movement.
