Christina is a sustainable fashion advocate who founded Redress, the Hong Kong based environmental charity with a mission to prevent and transform textile waste in the fashion industry in 2007, which is recognised as being one of the leaders in pushing sustainable fashion globally. Christina hosted Redress’ TV series, Frontline Fashion I and II, shot around the Redress Design Award, the world's largest sustainable fashion design competition, and her TEDx You are What You Wear has been widely watched. She co-authored Reedress' Dress [with] Sense, the Practical Guide to a Conscious Closet. Inspired by the work of Redress, in 2017, Christina Founded The R Collective upcycled fashion brand, which creates upcycled womenswear using waste materials rescued from other luxury brands, mills and manufacturers, which debuted in Lane Crawford and Barneys New York in 2017 and is available on Net A Porter. Today, with 13 years of sustainability experience, Christina has been widely cited across various publications, including CNN Style, Huffington Post, China Daily, VOGUEs, BBC, New York Times, Forbes, Bloomberg BusinessWeek and more. She has received numerous recognitions, including by UK Vogue as being one of the UK’s Top 30 Inspirational Women. Previously, she was a journalist and practising dentist. She splits her time between London and Hong Kong and has four children.
