Alessandra Devulsky is a lawyer in Brazil, a master in political and economic law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a doctor in economic and financial law from the University of São Paulo. She is co-founder and legal director of the Luiz Gama Institute, based in São Paulo, and was elected in 2019 to the Executive Committee of the international cooperation agency Alternatives, based in Montreal. She is a professor in the Masters of Law program at the University of Québec in Montreal, and is the general director of the Corporation de développement communautaire de Côte-des-Neiges, also in Canada.
